1. Cash on Delivery (COD) po ang payment mode. Pero pwede rin naman pong mag bayad in advance sa Japan Post Bank (Yuucho). Hindi po kami nag aaccept ng credit card at debit card.

2. Ang whipped cream cakes po, we may suggest na ma-i-deliver ito day before the event, dahil kinakailangan po ito na chilled o frozen bago i-deliver, na kailangan nyo pong mailagay sa fridge/ref para bumalik sa original nyang texture ang cake bago ito kainin. Ang cupcakes at fondant cakes naman po ay pwedeng ma-i-deliver same day ng event. Hindi po kami nag de-deliver ng 2 layer whipped cream cakes with rice paper decoration, 2 layer fondant cakes lang po ang pwede. Please don't forget to let us know, kung kelan po yung event na kailangan ang cake.

3. If you want to change the date or for cancellation, please call us as soon as possible at these numbers, 053-434-1407 or 090-6467-2993.

4. Nag a-accept lang po kami ng order galing sa ORDER FORM na filled up nyo. Ordering through phone call ay depende lang po sa availability ng staff.

5. Please make it sure po na bago ninyo i-fill up ang order form ay decided na po kayo sa lahat ng informations at pictures, at bago ninyo i submit please double check po. Para maiwasan po natin ang extra charges.

6. Para po sa pag order ng mga customized cakes (sarili ninyong design) kailangan po itong tandaan.

Whipped Cream Cakes - must be atleast 1 week before the day of the party.

Fondant Cakes - must be 1 month in advance.

7. Please take note po na hindi po kami ang responsible sa pag delay ng delivery kung mali ang address, wala ang receiver, traffic or any natural disaster gaya ng lindol, hurricane at iba pa.
